Frequently Asked Questions
When the next stock will be?
Thanks for your interest in my ceramics. They are all made by myself, and the process for every piece takes from 3 to 4 weeks, so I’m only able to do a restock once a month. You can get updated on when the next restock happens by subscribing to my mailing list or by following me on my socials, where I will always announce the restock.
Can I make an order for a custom piece?
Unfortunately, I don’t make individual, one-off custom pieces or modifications to my pieces. But if you’re interested in ordering a large amount of pieces—for example, a whole service of plates, cups, bowls, etc.—you can email me and we can arrange something.
Please mind that I only work with my range of clay, glazes, and decorations, so if you’re considering placing a big order, please mind this. I cannot make something completely different from my personal style or out of my ability.
How do I take care of my ceramics?
My ceramics can go in the dishwasher and microwave, although, to make sure your beloved ceramics live as long as possible, it’s recommended to wash them by hand and to avoid the microwave if it’s possible. These precautions are just to prevent as much as possible any damage to the glaze or decoration of your ceramics.
The item I want is out of stock—can you make me one?
I’m sorry, but I’m not able to do individual or personalized orders.
How long does the shipping take?
The shipping will take 2-3 days if the order destination is in Italy. Or 5-7 days for orders going to other European countries.
You will receive a tracking code so you can easily know where your order is and when it’ll arrive.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, for sure! Email me and we can arrange a day and time when you can pick up your order. I’m based in Pescia (PT) in Tuscany, so mind that.
What's your packaging material?
I really make an effort to make my package completely recyclable and/or compostable. Your order will come in a cardboard box.
I try to reuse any packaging material I already have, so if you’ll find bubble wrap, some type of plastic wrap, or plastic peanuts, they’re probably reused to avoid single-use plastic, so try to reuse them too!
Do you ship worldwide?
Right now I’m able to ship to Italy (where I’m based) and to other european countries.
